But I'm sure many members here are members of other sites.  And there's one in particular where I can't get past the fundraising appeals to use the site itself.  Is anybody else having this difficulty?

 

Oh, I think I know exactly which site you mean... And yeah, that's the main reason why I stopped using it ^ ^

I belonged to that site when it was completely free. When they first asked for “donations”, they had a deal for a lifetime membership, guaranteed to never ask for more money.

Within 18 months my account had been deleted. I deactivated but like and behold, here comes the begging again.

 

Guess we all know the site. I was mainly on there to chat and that was the function that didn't work. Refreshing after each message, loosing messages and so on. 

And of course the neverending donations.....lifetime is very short there....m

That site is now down. not sure what's going on

This site appears to be down. I tried logging in a few times over the past couple of days and it is as if it is gone.
