Suggestion for Improvement:
The site allows search by gender and age but people could find each other better if this site also allowed Country and/or City to be entered when doing a search. Also, a person could say "looking" or "not looking" in their profile and so help people who are looking not to bother anyone and waste their time or their own time.

I quite agree!  Same thought occurred to me.  That would be a nice enhancement to the site.

I just noticed that people can and do specify if they are "looking" or "not looking".....

..... but you can't search based on that unfortunately. 

Agree it would be helpful to search 'By State' or geographic region.

It would be great, even Sinn use to have that and it narrowed down your search.
